Information for Realtors

This page is intended to provide information to realtors facilitating the sale/purchase of a home that receives water from Paradise Lake Mutual Water Company, a member-owned water cooperative. During the sale of property, water company shares will transfer from the buyer to the seller.

Paradise Lake Mutual Water Company assesses a $250 transfer fee, payable by the buyer of a property within the Service Area, to cover the cost of transferring membership shares from the seller to the new owner.  The fee should be collected and paid to the company by the escrow agent, along with any delinquent dues, upon completion of the sale.
